As councils have a duty of care to vulnerable people, its unlikely tenants with children would be evicted. In the case that made the press it was the child who was involved in the riot... Britain, mercifuly, is still (only just) a condusive environment for entreprenuers to flurish, if it wasn't these types of people would bugger off elsewhere, then we'd all be up the creek without a paddle. The top 0.1% of earners pay on average £260k+/annum in tax. The top 1% pay on average £49k The top 10% £10k As little as possible doesn't look so bad now does it?
