I know my dogs wouldn't bite anyone (but there are instances were they might if they were put in really difficult situations). The situation does need to be looked at in all dog biting instances. Could be a massive generalisation but the bad dogs are always the ones allowed to roam, poop everywhere, and have no training whatsoever... I say euthanize the owners!
