Best pillow for a good nights sleep?

Recommended Posts

have had trouble sleeping for years, friend mentioned this pillow that contours to your head shape reducing movement throughout night.

have been using this Tempur pillow for around 6 months, cost of pillow was $175. Anyway my sleep has improved significantly, although still poor by normal standards.

We bought some silent night memory foam ones with temperature control for £14 each from Asda at handsworth 2 weeks ago and have been sleeping very well.

memory foam every time, plus matteress sheer luxury :)

I cant get on with those. They feel too stiff and seem to make me sweat.

I have had a Tempur pillow for a few years and paid £75 from House of Fraser, worth every penny. However im due for a new one so might look at the Silent Night ones from Asda £14 sounds a bargain!!

Memory foam is the future of sleep luxury, amazing!!!
