jenand8285
When I got married I used the card/ gift shop that used to be at Hillsborough. She was fab! I told her what I wanted and she went on the day and made up all the tables including table confetti, little keepsakes, balloons, table bows & swags. That cost £150 5 years ago which was competitive then. The woman on London Road wanted almost double and could not even deliver. The balloons stayed inflated for two weeks! She told me she put a liquid in them before blowing up to keep the helium in. If you could get hold of such a liquid, you could attempt to do them yourself the day before. However I think you will have to practice a little as if you do not fill them the same size, they could look quite odd when put into displays.
