GrapeApe
Not to mention the general poor state of council houses due to the "it's not mine I don't care" attitude of a lot of council tenants,. ...that can apply to private sector tenants as well. Bulgarian
What working person would want to live there? alongside druggies, people drinking booze all day, the workshy, dogs barking, loud music. Need I go on? You don't need to, but you will. it's just an example that shows not all housing is priced outside everyone's reach.
Bulgarian
...that can apply to private sector tenants as well. I don't' know I've never gone into a private rental property and seen it in the state the council properties were when I moved in. The last council place I had they gave me money to clean it up (you wouldn't believe people could live like that) and fix the damage caused by the last tenant.
