unuspromulti
Sheffield's own American football team, the SHU Warriors will be playing the Lancaster Bombers at the Don Valley Stadium Sunday. This is the first of 3 consecutive home fixtures against Lancaster, Staffs and Loughborough. The Warriors played Lancaster twice last season, beating them at the Don Valley in the regular season but losing against the same opponents in the play offs. This is the first of two regular season games between the teams and with both recording unbeaten starts should prove a tight, exciting game. This promises to be a great afternoon of entertainment from both the football and the entertainment provided by the two cheerleading squads. Remember, Entrance is FREE! Kick Off is at 1pm at Don Valley Stadium, Sheffield Transport is easy via the Supertram (yellow and purple lines), bus service or by car. unuspromulti
Thanks to anyone who came n watched the game, think everyone'll admit that the 2nd half was as excitin as we've played in but we just couldnt get the last score. We're looking forward to seeing them again later in the season anyway, this week theres the visit from Staffs to look forward to but I'll put a fresh posting up about that later in the week. Thanks again to anyone that came down and hope to see you again Sunday. Warrior Pride, Warrior Power
