shiatsuhead Posted August 30, 2011 Share Posted August 30, 2011 hello iam 34 yr old male i go running on my own most nights from where i live up eccy rd and then into forge dam woods and beyond. running for about 90minutes... ususally starting about 6.30pm i want to know if there are groups / clubs / people wanting partners on here? especially in the eccy rd area (S10). if anyone interested please pm me? No that pace is fine for me pal, my last 10k was 49 mins so that sounds about perfect! I'm a smoker too so we can stop and cough up our lungs together- lol.
