ChrisT70
"british racing green" as a colour has been used by many racing teams over the last century. BRM,lotus, bentley, MG, and many many more. there hasnt been an "official" british racing team as already pointed out though.
HeadingNorth
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_racing_green I didn't know where it originated; I thought it was with Lotus, post-war.

*_ash_*
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_racing_green I didn't know where it originated; I thought it was with Lotus, post-war. In that link, look at 'midnight green' and 'teal'... aren't they actually blue? (or more blue than green) not really on topic, but just thought I'd add my visual opinion. edit, come to that, persian green is looking cyan to me. HeadingNorth
In that link, look at 'midnight green' and 'teal'... aren't they actually blue? (or more blue than green) They look it to me; I assume that Wikipedia is simply including every shade which is at least partly green, rather than just the ones which are mostly green. (I hadn't looked that far down the page to begin with...)
