eurovision
I want to get my hands on as many articles from Swedish newspapers as possible containing a certain name for an event that happened the night of 6 February 1961, so probably 7 February 1961 as I think it would have been too late for evening issues and if possible the following two weeks of papers. Is it normal practice to say contact a Swedish library and ask for this? Or is there another way of going about it? Of course if it proves difficult and if anyone has a means of doing it and will charge me a small fee for their time I would be delighted to hear from you. I am asking now with this one date and event in mind but in the future I would like to search many newspapers from years past in other countries. And I am not bothered about getting articles in Swedish. As long as they contain the name and are from that time period I will be able to go to Proz.com and have them translated. Thanks in advance so much for your time and help.
