Working from a demo studio in a church’s storage room, the quartet built an enviable catalogue of songs as they looked to play shows further afield. This is due to their ferocious live performances and electric reviews, which have followed a recent spurt of activity - with plenty more in the pipeline. The Monday Club The Monday Club, one of Sheffield’s most exciting musical prospects with their thumping rock/indie sound have won over many plaudits recently, and is earning them a solid reputation. The four piece have been described by The Sheffield Scenester Magazine as having the “Catchiest indie tunes around“, and “An on-stage presence that oozes genuine ’born to perform’ ease”.
