The dog was stinky, and the cat - we've washed them and put them out to dry

Hi Sierra :)

He wasn't too keen about the clean at first, Mrs Draggle talked him round (not quite sure how though!) :suspect:

Hey back, Draggle.

I'll bet he wasn't! Mrs. Draggle must have done some fast talkin'. :hihi:

My son only allowed his Tigger to be washed once, but his sister was stubborn about her pillow. Even worse, she used to wind the dirty, (stretched out) fabric around her hand and suck her thumb. Ewwwww. Oddly, she never minded if I washed the matching blanket.

Wash your mouth out denlin!! Next you'll be trying to tell me that Santa is my Dad or summat!

Santa is not dad could almost be an anagram of Manofstrad but no he's not your dad but he might deliver Buzz and Woody puppets if you are very good

My mum used to do that with my toys and apparently (not that I have any memory of it) I used to scream the house down until she stopped hurting them.

My mum washed my teddy and he fell to bits in the machine. Apparently I cried for weeks and my dad had to scour the toy shops of Sheffield trying to find an identical replacement.

We do wonder about this sometimes ourselves, we don't think they even make this little black and white cat he loves so much anymore - never considered that he might meet an untimely end in the washing machine though :o

BTW - he noted tonight that his freshly laundered cuddly toys 'don't smell nice anymore' :D

They can't possibly be completely dry Draggletail.
