Koreen Posted September 13, 2011 Share Posted September 13, 2011 I'm just starting up a hot yoga class on Wednesdays from 8-930pm at the Yoga Shala (224-230 London Rd). It is based on the Bikram series (26 postures plus 2 breathing exercises), but I don't use the Bikram dialogue. Des1gner Posted September 21, 2011 Share Posted September 21, 2011 Just to say I've been to this tonight at Yoga Shala and it was amazing. I didn't know what to expect as I have never done Yoga (hot,cold or room temperature) before. I regularly go to the gym and do many classes, spinning, boxcercise etc. but this made me sweat more than any of them, as well as stretching my body in ways I didn't think it could!
