Really nice place, nice and simple but with great food. James Barrett the owner and his staff made a real fuss of me, the wife and our 3 year old. Finn was taken into the kitchen to have a look at some of the fresh fish they had in that morning. We had starters and a main. The wife had beetroot salad and pepper rissoto and I had Game Tagine and the pepper rissoto. Very nice food. Not really used to posh food but some of the flavours were immense. I'd really recommend the waffle cone icecream! lol It's not the largest of places, but the wife said there was seating downstairs also..... But the food was goooood. Having looked at the Sunday Roast style menu, i'm definately going to check that out. Food was excellent, service a little over zealous ( asked several times by both waitresses, is meal ok) and music a tad loud for a restaurant, but would deffinatley recommend it. prices were reasonable £60 (inc tip) for 2 courses for 2 people. Only 18 vouchers left.
