avblade09 Posted September 7, 2011 Share Posted September 7, 2011 Theres been a disaster in the Russian skies today, with the Lokomotiv Yaroslavl ice hockey team, coaching staff and 7 flight crew losing their lives. Unconfirmed reports say that only 1 of the teams players has survived, although it is thought he has passed away in hospital, but again this is disputed. The only confirmed survivor is a flight engineer, who at the same time is in critical condition in hospital. A total of 43 confirmed dead, with the 1 player who has neither been confirmed dead or alive, possibly leading to 44 dead. 45 were onboard.
