Morts
This is a brilliant idea. Even going back to the days when I was a regular 10km runner there were very few running clubs that had the benefit of a properly trained leader in the club. We all picked up tips and advice from Runners World and the like. Although we all did ok and ran respectable times, having the benefit of a properly trained coach would have been incredibly motivational as well.
