I have just logged on and am getting the same error messages.

 

Also now with their 'so called' improved service when you set up a direct payment recipient you can no longer choose what you call it, so lets say you had two British Gas accounts for say two properties they would both be automatically called British Gas so you are not able to differentiate between them both. RUBBISH :rant::rant::rant:
