horribleblob
The "moron" is long dead, lady gaga - the Romans used wind chimes to ward off evil spirits. I have one hanging on the inside of the back door, so I can hear if anyone comes in.
medusa
I think in your case I'd be going round and explaining (calmly) to your neighbour that if she wants to leave wind chimes out then she needs to put them outside her own bedroom window rather than yours. Mandem
I remember years ago some new neighbours (who were only young) had some outside, and they drove us mad, one night my husband got up around 2am went round and cut them down and threw them in their bin. No-one ever said anything.
irenewilde
I really can't imagine a windchime so loud that one in a neighbour's garden would prevent you from sleeping!

I could try that but shes deaf so i dont know why shes got it in the first place! I think i might just go and take it down and give it her in her hand she might take the hint Il be gutted if she puts it back up tho
