stupid head
I ordered an item on the 28th of last month (and paid within minutes via paypal) delivery was stated at 5-7 working days, after 14 days the item had still not arrived, so i messaged the seller but got no response. I then opened a case after leaving negative feedback, now the item has turned up in this mornings post. ! This is a first for me as every other item i've ever bought has been on time and fine in every way, so i'm now wondering what to do next. ? ap123
ghostrider is right just close the case with out trying to get your money back. if the seller contacts you about the negative feedback they can apply to have it changed if you agree. netnikki
If i do that is there an option to explain why i've closed the case. ? don't worry about it it stated 5-7 working days to arrive. After 9 days you would have been within your rights to open a case.not your fault that the item arrived once you opened a case against the vendor.Maybe they were not going to send you the item but once you opened a case against them they sent your item..Who knows there are some strange sellers on ebay..lol

Amaranthus
There's usually a stamp on the package which shows the date it was posted. If the seller posted it straight away and the delay wasn't their fault, you should also retract your negative feedback.
