If that is the case then it was totaly dissproportianate regarding the amount of blacks and asians involved. Do blacks and asians make up 50% of the UK population? But they did 50% of the rioting. You would expect that to be higher as they represent the vast majority of the UK poppulation What is the conclusion if the majority of them is black?
