LeMaquis
Anyone know how long it take for 2 broken ribs to heal, cheers There's no single answer. The first time I did mine, when I collided with a bloke built like a Sumo wrestler, I couldn't play football for 4 weeks, but that was severe. Other times it was just a week off. Try Nurofen to get down the inflamation but don't do anything too physical till they're right as you can puncture lungs and then you'll know. Usually the discomfort, or lack of, will let you know how they are.
Daven
Hospital earlier, can't believe how much better it feels. The temptation will be to take small breaths to reduce the pain but it's really important that you do deep breathing exercises when you can to reduce the risk of a chest infection - especially if you're a smoker. Good luck:)
