ANGELFIRE1
Just drive it sensibly and if you have done a good repair job it will be fine. Regards Angel.
Digitalis
Is it 2 stroke or 4 stroke. If its 2 stroke and air cooled just stay off wide open throttle and dont labour the engine.

terminator
Seeing as your offline i would say the first 50 mile is most important keep to low rpm after that keep a steady pace upto 500 miles dont thrash it.Once thats been reached recheck head bolts etc.Now start uping speed slowly once you reached 1000 miles should be running at its best possible performance. But is realy upto you if you go to the 1000 mile. CaptainChaos
I suppose alot depends on how long you're going to keep it. I did the same job on a Fs1e and ragged the ****** off it after 50 miles. Kept going lovely, until 3 months after i sold it.
