Bonjon Posted September 21, 2011 Share Posted September 21, 2011 We are in the process of claiming a large amount back, we took a loan out (deposit for a house) and ticked no on the application for ppi(which we still have) we payed the loan back a few months later and didnt think owt of it. Any way the cheeky buggers had added a very large amount in PPI, so I think we should get this back. However if you wasn't missold it, dont clog the system up with a false claim. Don't want to sound funny but didn't you notice the descrepancy on your bank statement..ie more going out than you thought you'd signed for?
