denlin Posted September 29, 2011 Share Posted September 29, 2011 if it stated on the box it was a 5 hour charge i would not have bought it.i assumed it would be a 1 hour charge because its not a cheap make.surely it should clearly state all information including charging time You shouldn't have assumed, you could have asked but you didn't and then you didn't bother reading instructions either. Whose fault do you think it is? Retailers don't sell electrical goods on home trial basis, they have to resell them afterwards and not many people want secondhand drills.
