llamatron
I have sent two things recently via DHL and royal mail, one arrived in Germany in pieces and the other is missing in transit. The one that arrived in pieces was insured for £2000 and we have requested £350 in repair costs, with photograpic evidence of the damage. All after they missed the initial collection date because they got lost and didn't bother going where they were directed to??? Now I am being treated to their inept claims department and feel like a criminal trying to cheat on their insurance-what did I pay them for exactly (particularly the insurance payment??). Then my royal mail item has dissapeared. I begrudge paying for recorded delivery so in a way its my own fault but what is the point of the standard service if they are not going to deliver it from a to b??? you have to laugh:hihi:
