seadog
I am a volunteer for a site that helps reunite lost and stolen dogs,We have had a dog go missing in a small village in the south near where i used to live, There have been a number of sightings of the dog so I gave the owner senting instructions. You have to get a pair of tights and put something smelly in them then mark the area where the dog has been seen, We always suggest pilchards as they seem to work well Had a call tonight from a local police officer who is also a helper, they had a call this weekend of a disturbance so they sent a car to the village, only to find the owner of the dog driving around the village with TINS of pilchards in tights tied to the back of her car making one hell of a clatter I have been crying with laughter all night just thought i would share this as it really has made me giggle seadog

gnvqsos
Tights frequently smell of pilchards in my experience and most offputting I should say.Its no wonder dogs sniff crutches so avidly if the dog world train to detect fish.
