Been trying to talk to someone for ages and cant get thro to anyone on any of the advertised numbers for student finance, nor can I find any email addresses to contact. Just need some advice from someone who really knows the rules on student finance if you have already been a student in the past.....google throws up, er nothing as keeps crashing on me.... Will I get help if I want to do a second degree course? A. You can receive help from your Local Authority (LA) to complete a second Higher Education course. However, you would not be able to receive assistance towards tuition fees, because this would be classed as receiving public funds for a second qualification at the same level. You can apply for a loan to help you with living costs."
