goggles
Where is the best place to sell my car? I am not keen on using Ebay or Autotrader. Please help. x
Conrod
You've just ruled out the best two options. Pistonheads is good for sportier cars, but if you don't like ebay you may not want to use anything else online. Local papers can work well but are expensive. Ah right ok. what about Gumtree - anyone had any experience with that site? Thanks Conrod. x
0742Sheff
I wouldn't sell a used pair of socks on Gumtree. All i seem to hear about that place these days is the amount of scams going off on there.

Well looks like I might just have to put a FOR SALE sign on the car, but I don't want to do that either! Bit stuck! Thanks. x
Conrod
Why the reluctance to use ebay or autotrader? They will expose the car to the most potential buyers, and that's really not a bad thing.
goggles
Bascially I want to sell my car without having to give my personal details out. e.g mobile number.
Isabelle
You could put it on Freeads, they give you a 'fake' mobile number, which goes through their switchboard and then connects to your mobile or landline number. Or you could sell it on here. I've sold two cars on here, both really quick sales, and got exactly what I wanted for them.
