I didn't even get an apology! They have both ignored messages which have been polite in asking when they would be coming. In London, especially around where we live, many people are relatively wealthy, not rich but quiet well off - several incidents where clothing valuing several k go for ironing via a leaflet drop ad and clothes never return Please do not thank us.
