Emergency tax of £5.50 per person to sell council housing to B2L Landlord

Recommended Posts

A property tycoon's company has bought half the Olympic Village at a knock-down price, months after making a £50,000 donation to the Conservatives.

Jamie Ritblat's firm Delancey purchased the site where the athletes will stay during the Games for £557million – an estimated loss of £275million to taxpayers.

The investment could net the firm enormous profits, experts say. It plans to let out most of the 1,400 homes.

So that's housing built by the state, and sold at a loss, equivalent to £5.50 per person.

I sincerely hope you have paid your taxes people, buy a packet of £7 cigarettes for every member of your household, to help reduce the current government overspending.

Don't expect the state to provide you a rental home.

Don't even think about living in a shed.

And don't you dare try and build your own with out paying the appropriate solicitors, state planning etc. fees.

If you are in need of housing to rent in the private sector, please call 0900 RIPPED OFF they can direct you to people offering rental housing in London after the Olympics.

This man could become rich by nothing productive whatsoever!

And on the streets of London, men sleep homeless, outside the stations, there is a constant stream of people coming to collect tab ends in order to smoke.

Welcome to the UK.

The government will no doubt round up and hide the homeless come the Olympics in order to project a better image of the UK to the rest of the world.

EDIT:

Please sign this e-petition if you do not wish to subsidise this B2L landlord to the tune of £5.50 per person.

Are you not bothered about the state building this housing then selling it off to their friend on the cheap?

Are you happy paying housing benefit of up to £400 a week for these properties?

Are you happy that this man could be come rich through government corruption (and without having to do any productive work whatsoever) whilst the common man faces austerity?

The only problem with your bleating is that the sale was handled in a professional manner, in accordance with the law, in open competition.

The winning bid was assessed to be the best of the bunch, or do you have evidence other than a misreading a report in the Daily Mail?

The purchasers will also develop a further 2000 homes on the adjacent site. Surely that make you happy?

Who paid for the apartments to be built?
