After ten years Muslims make a stand against extremism.

Do tell us which jets they hijacked and flew into Wembleys twin towers, maybe you'd like to tell us how many suicide bombs the football supporters have set off or about the London tube and busses they've blown up.

Forgive me Bassman, but what's your point? I'm asking why one type of behaviour is the responsibility of one section of a community, whilst another isn't. What that behaviour is, is irrelevant to the analogy.

More Muslims arrested today over planned terrorist acts this is on top of those already arrested.

Yet more ammo for the EDL/BNP

They want to blow us up and wer're racist for not liking them and called Islamphobes.

A tiny minority want to blow us up. Those like yourself who use that as a reason to support your irrational hatred are indeed racist Islamophobes.

Crikey, its a good job some posters from SF were not around back in the 1930s, they would even shock Neville Chaimberlain with there levels of appeasment.

Can you imagine, free homes and money for the nazis, a palace in the UK for Hitler and his ministers - come to think of it, had we done that in the 1930s, then probably Hitler would not have bothered with the war

"They want to blow us up"? Who are they? Has anyone here defended the Islamists or terrorism or mocked you for attacking them?

Someone is (accurately) described as a racist or Islamophobe in my opinion, if they believe there's justification for supporting the BNP or EDL and deriding Muslims generally on the basis of the behaviour of terrorists who happen to be Muslims.

The irony that Islamists justify their terrorist atrocities against innocent Westerners on the basis that they think we're all responsible for what goes on militarily in Afghanistan obviously escapes you.

Where is anyone seeking to appease terrorists or terrorism?

Very good point - we should continue this line of appeasement, better to become part of the expanding Islamic state than resist it and remain Britain.

(You know, I really, really think you're right about our local 'appeasers' - they are exactly the sot of people who would have been campaigning against war with the Nazis).

It's a rubbish point. Those of us who oppose the demonisation and hatred shown to muslims would have been first in the queue to decry the nazis for their treatment of the Jews.
