Tyres To Inc a NEW 3% Tax On Top of VAT

Recommended Posts

LLDeville,

you clearly haven't purchased any vehicle tyres in the last few years, because when you do, the invoice has a line for the environmental disposal of the old ones. This is already covered, probably by legislation from the central government.

Hi

thankfully, we have not had to purchase any over the last few years as we have 3 cars and buy brand new and usually change the main car every 2 yrs and the other about 3 years. However, the cost you are referring to goes the the fitter. We are talking about a seprate tax, a tax that goes to the gov.

so you have 3 cars yet you describe them as the main car and the other car ?

Is the third one a tonka toy? Are all three imaginary cars ?

It sounds to me like you know very little about cars. There is no way you would have a series of cars for 2 or 3 years and never have to buy tyres ever.

The disposal charge is for environmental disposal, the fitters have to use an approved waste carrier for tyres and that's where it goes.

Hi

We gave you more credit than some of the other kids here.

Your comments were totally unnecessary and just shows how people envy us.

we won't report you as you are not worth the effort.
