There seem to be plenty of people on this forum who tacitly support the EDL saying that the racist, boozed-up football hooligan element are not typical of the organisation and that they do a good job of confronting militant Islam. Well their leadership is not much better. They even out do the BNP in the number of senior members who have convictions for assault. And it looks like the police are seeking an ASBO for him. Rather than irrational, they had a clearly defined and coherent set of goals. Rather than psychologically damaged, they seemed balanced, reasonable and articulate. John X He is a very smartly dressed young man is Mr Lennon. So he has been convicted of 'using threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour' and assault in the last two months and wilfully broken his bail conditions resulting in him getting locked up for a week.
