laurajill
My friend has recently purchased a home kit to test food allergies advertised on Groupon. She received the groupon voucher, then registered on the company's website for the kit. She received an email confirming she had registered her groupon voucher but hasn't received her kit through the post. She has tried to call numbers on Groupon website and emailed them. She has also emailed and called 'Knowyourbody.tv' which is the company who were advertising the offer on groupon. Is there anything else she can do? Leah-Lacie
The things generate such a high demand, the company ends up selling way more than they ever had, and have to get more manufactured. Restaurants who sell BOGOF deals and hairdressers who do 80% off etc end up having to cancel it, because they don't realise how much demand there will be. Your friend will probably get what she ordered, but it could take weeks!

swordfish1
Getting your money back from Groupon has always been straightforward for us. Just a pity a lot of the deals aren't honoured
Lady Star
Just call groupon, and they will refund you no questions asked... I am sure that they have had loads of trouble with this offer, looking at yours and the other thread on the same subject...
The Blonde
If you rong groupon they will also ring them in tour behalf and see what the hold up is
eios
I have got to request 2 deals be refunded by Groupon/KGB due to the demand being too high for the company to honour it. The deadlines for using the vouchers seem to be getting shorter.
