Only one in four think Ed Miliband would make a credible Prime Minister.

That England is a Conservative country, with a few pockets of class-envy-driven Labour voters. :P

Perhaps the few pockets of labour voters actually have more people in them? In other words they tend to be large cities with thousands, if not millions, of people in them compared to most tory heartlands which largely tend to be rural areas.

Mmm, perhaps - we all have our failings, but I'd rather that than be a bitter left-winger who gets all worked up when they see somebody who's earned a nice house or car.

What, a house or a car? There are plenty of left-wingers which have both nice houses and cars. You should really try thinking before making posts.

You obviously dont know, most people who are socialists are reasonably well off and drive decent cars etc.

We do not envy people, and are satisfied with our life.

What we do desire is that people less well off than ourselves have a decent share in life, what is your problem there?

Some even had two Jags, a grace and favour country house, a house in London and a house in Hull.

Can we all have two Jags, a grace and favour country house, and a house in London?

(You can keep the house in Hull :P)

Ah, get with the program.

It's the other way round, the urban constituencies actually tend to have less voters than the big rural ones.

Even in some of the Labour general election wins, where Labour have secured more seats and gained government, the popular vote for Conservative has been higher across the UK because of Labour's advantage in numerous small inner-city constituencies. Like it or not (and you won't) there are far more Tory then Labour voters in Engand.

(And if you think any constituencies have millions in them, you need to listen more in class in the run-up to your GCSEs).

Are there really? How can that be? How can a socialist or communist sleep at night if he or she has more material goods and cash than somebody else?

So if we have one person with one vote rather than electoral wards, the tories would always win the election right?
