After doing 12 weeks on slimming world i think i deserve a break, i have 1 and a half lb to lose for my 2 stone award .... but i really dont want to go mad, so ive ordered chicken chop suey at 5.5 syns and salt and pepper ribs - i cant find syn value anywhere, not even on SW website, can anyone help me please ... i have ordered anyway so i'm gonna eat it no matter what but i still do food diary's so i gotta write it down ....
