Akposodje
Just a quick note to say we tried Browns Bar (the old Ha Ha Bar) on Saturday night for a meal in the restaurant. We were very impressed with the service and quality of food. We had the Tuna Nicoise (?) and Browns Fish and Chips with both of us having Cookies and Cream Cheesecake for desert - all very nice and would recommend. Akposodje
Mains are £10 - £14 ish and starters and deserts £4 - £6 from memory. Not your averahe pub grub and more restaurant class so happy to pay the extra. Overall would say it was very good value. Plus if you join online and become a 'Friend of Browns' you get a voucher for a 2 course meal for 2 with a bottle of wine for £29 or £35.
Babooshka
Went there for the first time today. Beautiful interior. Delicious cocktails, fantastic piano music, nice clientele, lovely atmosphere. Best bar I have come across in a long, long time. Will definitely return. One of Sheffield's best drinking establishments in my opinion.
Paul2412
Been a few times, the steak is highly recommended. Had a 2 main courses for price of 1 offer which probably helped. It's a decent place to go for a drink as well. Not as flashy as the Leeds Browns, but does the job.
