prettymogli
Me and partner are planning to move to Canada or New Zealand as we cannot extend our UK visa. Can anyone recommend a nice agent or counsellor who can help us with application of visa. As I have contacted many through the net and telephone in London and other parts but most of them turn out to be a scam. Any help will me appreciated. donuticus
The only way to guarantee you aren't likely to be scammed is to go directly through the embassy of the country you're emigrating too. I think both Canada and New Zealand require you to have employment offers before they will consider your application for residency.
andygardener
If you can't legally stay in the UK you've more chance of platting fog that getting into either Canada or New Zealand. (unless you have special required skills or a serious ammount of money that you are prepared to invest in employment generating business and they will want it in a secure account up front.) andygardener
I fall under the skilled category. Then you don't need an agent. Just apply directly to your chosen country.

Bulgarian
I think both Canada and New Zealand require you to have employment offers before they will consider your application for residency. Canada doesn't, but you do have to have "required skills" and enough money to support yourself. Also, it costs a small fortune to go through the visa process. Nineteen66
I Know Davies from this company personally, he used to work for Uk Government and is very knowledgeable. He is also used by some Premiership football clubs. He is approachable and if you are wasting your time he will tell you. http://www.davieskhan.co.uk/
