Eater Sundae
This is where the problem with the Death Penalty lays. If it stood in Europe, they would have been executed by now. No they wouldn't. They would have gone through the same appeals process, and would now be free.
Mr Bojangles
A sloppy investigation and poorly recorded evidence means only that they are likely to win an appeal - it doesn't mean they are innocent.
LDeville
Hi We advocate the death penalty until there is a credible option to it - ie life means life - FACT Not referring to this case, most will be aware that people are often found not guilty on appeal, especially if they have money behind them and don't look to dreadful. We had a friend of a friend, and story goes he was guilty as sin, went to crown court, case droped on techicality. Another,, the jury let off - juries find 605 not guilty. anyways we respect the courts decison, but there is an appeal on the cards

It definitely doesn't mean they are guilty.

Not like it'll buy those 4 missing years back. She'll have to start her life again.
