taxman
It's not even from the Mail website That's because The Mail pulled it as soon as they realised they'd got it wrong, unfortunately for them it had already been seen, copied and distributed. Jeffrey Shaw
It has to be said, that all the major media sources will do exactly as the Mail have done and prepare stories for both results of a court decision. They will normally also update expected quotes for actual quotes in the minutes after the decision is published, meaning a few people may see something inaccurate, but the majority will see what really happened. The bigger story is why the mistake wasn't picked up on immediately and rectified. That's because The Mail pulled it as soon as they realised they'd got it wrong, unfortunately for them it had already been seen, copied and distributed. Yes. Reminiscent of the scene in 'Citizen Kane'!
WeX
What is the big deal? They made an article for both outcomes and someone clicked "publish" on the wrong one. Is no one allowed to makes a mistake these days? Seriously, you anti-mail lot really need to come up with a better story to put them down. Your comments make you all sound like whining children. LDeville
Hi The DM is a tad like us, ie when one is famous for being at the top of their profession, one gets many admirers, and just as many that envy them. FACT
Big time
I seem to recall the Guardian publishing the death of Cliff Richard once That was just wishful thinking on the Guardian's part. They dont like Harry Webb because he's a Christian.

Big time
The Daily Mail is a successful newspaper, unlike the Guardian which is always in the red because no one buys it In the red, what a great phrase, it means losing money.
LeMaquis
One of the biggest if not the biggest story in the world today and the Mail online publish this lmao http://twitpic.com/6upmbq It's still one of the more truthful stories they've published, on a par with the Sun's front page headline about the Norway killings being the work of Al Qaeda. WeX
The Daily Mail is a successful newspaper, unlike the Guardian which is always in the red because no one buys it In the red, what a great phrase, it means losing money. I remember hearing someone claim (on TV or Radio 4) the Guardian is only around because its parent company uses it as a tax dodge, it effectively pays no tax. I bet that kinda stings, probably about as much as when John Prescott accepted his peerage and gave the loony left the two finger salute. Churchill couldn't have been more right when he said: “Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery.”
