I agree with you Rich, i have a disabled child and it is not always apparent because it is not a physical disability. I do believe that we should stop chucking money at people who breed children they can't afford but not that the state should be able to control the ability to do that. I'm sure there are websites that cater for people with this kind of perverted filth floating round in their heads, perhaps you ought to try and find some of those and not trouble decent people with your failure as a human being.
