Bonjon Posted October 4, 2011 Share Posted October 4, 2011 IIRC if its towed with a rope it has to have tax, insurance and mot and a licensed driver. If with a bar then its classed as a trailer and towing weights come into play. But that car would pull the Vectra, legally though I am unsure.
