Of course it's no inappropriate for someone on benefits to have a pint now and again, they might have to skimp on something else, but that's their right. Are you just talking about child benefit now, the OP mentions benefits, the first time child benefit is mentioned is my previous post... What about other things that child benefit can be spent on, clothing, club fee's, transport, home improvements, furniture, presents, etc... So, for example... 1 child = maximum benefits 4 children = no benefits What would be the good things and bad things about such a plan? Two kids as it is now. More than that nothing.
