I bet that the Germans are only too delighted to help-out the basket cases (Greece, Portugal, Ireland, Spain, Italy, etc.)Only to the same extent as China and, to a lesser extent, the BRICS, are only too delighted to help-out the US and the EU. If I'm reading you right, your argument is that Germany has been swallowed by the PIIGS? You have that the wrong way round, I'm afraid. China effectively owns a fair bit of the US and the EU by now.
