Theyre not going to fly it all in from morocco though. You could fly them out there but at the end of the day it's party. Enjoy yourself !! Jive Knight
Christmas is not a time for partys, it is a time to remember that the lord jesus was born. Would Jesus feel welcome if he attended your staff party? Why do you think the two are mutually exclusive? Most work Christmas parties take place up to three or even four weeks before the day, and won't interfere with anyone's observances of the day, or their charitable work. And why wouldn't Jesus feel welcome at a party? He went to celebrations such as the wedding at Canaan, contributed to the wine there without even bringing a bottle, and even when he knew the end was nigh he invited the disciples for a meal out. That was a dude who knew how important it was to get together in an informal way.
bigsexydoug
comedy club city hall, book early, get a table near the front , they do great meals and the beer isnt a rip off and if you havent been before your staff will still be giggling after xmas at the jokes. and after the comedians there is a dj and dancefloor, no photocopying machine to take "momento" pictures though !!! YorkieontheTyne
Bearing in mind the date of the original post, we once had a staff do at the Snake Pass Hotel, and quite late on in the proceedings the guy leading the Conga danced out through the doors and started conga ing up the Snake Pass!
