Handling change

There are a lot of people who argue that we don't - that a lot of the reason for the mass prevalence of anxiety/stress/depression related symptoms is because humans have evolved to live a slow-paced, unchanging life and we don't have one any more.

 

 

Anxiety/stress and depression have probably been around as long as man has been able to stand up. The amazing thing is how well and fast he can adapt. Those that can't adapt will probably fall into the same category of the extinct, or ironically humans though technology will find a cure for not being able to keep up. :hihi:
