Andy Posted October 16, 2011 Share Posted October 16, 2011 That wasnt quite what they promised - they said that places could apply for licenses for any time in the 24 hr period.. obviously there's not too much commercial gain to be had for very late/early opening in Sheffield -so I cannot see many places outside of London even thinking of applying for 24 hr opening. I know, and I did make my comment with my tongue slightly in my cheek. I do remember that certain parties were predicting the end of society and indeed the world as we knew it, as a result in the changes.
