CherylB
If you're looking for a great Sunday lunch - try the Ivory, just off West Street. The food is great and the Ivory has a great atmsophere - she's sure to be impressed. Check out the web site http://www.the.ivory.co.uk

shoegal
How about a picnic in the Winter Gardens (it's warm) followed by a stroll around the gallery? Picnics always get brownie points - trust me! Go to M&S for the nibbles (so you don't have to spent time making anything), get a bottle of bubby (Cava is fine, you don't have to buy the real thing but it is on offer for £12) plastic glasses. Aw, how romantic!
Dizzyblonde
Think I would prefer the botanical gardens or Paddley Gorge
