suzan Posted October 11, 2011 Share Posted October 11, 2011 I placed an order for an item of furniture in Sept 2010 and paid a deposit, then in Nov 2010 went into the store and paid the rest of the amout that was due and i was given a receipt that said paid in full. However i have now received a bill saying i still owe £70. On looking at the invoice they have given me, for some reason they had refunded £70 before i paid off the balance. So why wasnt i told to pay this when paying the full amount that was due. As i see it, it was there mistake, not mine. Do i have to pay this?
