What a Completely Idiotic Disciplinary Hearing.

Well you and suffy are wrong.

Viagra works by tightening a vein in the penis, which can become slack with age or other medical problems. When an erection is wanted these knackerd veins cant contract. Thus blood can't swell the penis. In order for the blood to flow to the penis the brain has to order this by being sexually aroused..

So in conclusion. An erection can't happen unless the male is aroused, no matter how many viagra are taken.

Somebody told me all this, by the way...:suspect:

Arousal doesn't imply consent though.

I think you're getting carried away a bit with your "feminist theorys" most 15 year old boys have sexual fantasys about their teachers its "normal" for gods sake!... turning a platonic student ...teacher relationship into something sexual could be something quite loving for a young boy .and as a feminist would say enpoweringi don't think he's going to suffer from it:rolleyes:the little s##t's already bragging.

and I don't think she deserves prison ..the media will punish her enough.

I lived in the redlight district in amsterdam for about a year ,on and off opposite half a dozen "windows" and the number of times i saw fathers bring their adolescent son's in for their first taste of sex I've lost count:)

Well, that's OK then if men take their adolescent sons to visit prostitutes. As has already been pointed out, fantasy and reality are two different entities. A lot of teenage girls have fantasies about pop stars, teachers, older males, would that make it OK if they were to take advantage of someone underage? If the adult in the OP had been male, you and everyone else on here would be baying for blood.

It wouldn't need Viagra, without going into too much detail a male can easily be aroused without actually wanting sex and if he’s tied to a bed there would be little he could do to prevent sex. oops that sounds like a fantasy:o

This is true, even is your post were tongue in cheek. Talk to any professional who has dealt with boys who have been abused or men who have been raped, by men and women. It is almost an involuntary physiological reflex response.

Why have we changed from a 15 year old boy who is willing to a 14 yr old girl who is unwilling. I am not supporting child abuse and to suggest so is a little harsh. I'm saying in these circumstances, looking at all the details we have, a prosecution will serve no purpose. The boy has suffered no harm and a warning to the woman would be sufficient.

I take offence at being called a Knuckle Dragger by the way. I have a second class hons degree....:hihi:

"Presenter Louise Culleton said: "The parents of Child A made allegations to the police that their son, at the time 14 or 15, had been involved in a sexual relationship with Ms Horsley."

You still don't get it do you. It isn't a case of how willing the child is..13/14/or 15. The responsibility lies on the shoulders of the adult...that's why adults are regarded as guardians = responsibility???

Well, the CPS has turned down the opportunity to prosecute her. She isn't being prosecuted.

We can look this thread up again the next time a 30+ year old man is prosecuted for having sex with a 15 year old girl!

In fact wasn't there a case recently where the judge commented that on seeing the girl he wouldn't have known she was under-age either, and where she was the one who instigated the sex. I think the guy was still convicted though. I'm sure it's not double standards though, nothing to worry about.

I must add that I am completely in agreement with Suffragette1 on this subject.

Some have dismissed her because she was never a 15 year old boy. I was once a 15 year old boy, and I can confirm that if a 30 year old woman came on to me and initiated sex I would have not been able to stop an erection from happening. I might have even convinced myself that I wanted sex, since I pretty much thought I did with anything with a pulse at the time.

But this would no way whatsoever mean that the actions of the 30 year old woman were less abusive than if it had been a 30 year old man with a 'consenting' 15 year old girl.

Besides, what if she inadvertently became pregnant, or failed to know that she had a sexually transmitted disease? What if the boy had religious beliefs about no sex before marriage?

There is definitely double standards at play here.
