I have been passed by police when doing it in several Uk Cities. Never have I been fined for it or even told to stop. Clearly if you unrinate on a war memorial, then you will be noticed by the law, but if you are discrete and do it in a corner without exposing yourself they do not mind. FACT ! Hi not sure what areas you p'd in and you claim cops saw you, trust us where we live, if a person is seen doing that, that are fined on the spot, FACT A posh pub around the corner from our road, we know a family that lives a couple of doors away, they have a small drive and by the gate a small bush and treet - the nuber of times people pee there. The house ownner has got 3 people finned via video evidence and then follows them to the car and demands action from the police. anyone reading the posters comments and his actions, please be warned that it is indeed a criminal officen and you will get fined and possinly done for flashing is a lady reports this and if a kid reports you, its even worse.
